No. I don’t require a minimum to book bridal services. Every celebration is different, and every bride deserves to feel beautiful, no matter the size of the moment.
That said, I do prioritize full-service bookings that include trials, bridal party glam, or luxe add-ons like second looks and touch-up support. These sessions allow me to create the calm, elevated experience I’m known for. Every detail is intentional, and every moment feels like magic.
If you’re planning something more intimate or unique, I’d still love to hear from you. Let’s create something beautiful together.
Yes! I'm a traveling luxury makeup artist located in Charlotte, NC but will travel anywhere for services. Depending on the exact location of your venue, travel fees may apply. Travel rates start at $35/hour per round-trip.
Yes. For parties of 5 or more, Asia Vee must bring an additional makeup artist to assist, as she can only accommodate up to 5 services on her own in a single day.
For 2026, the fee to bring an additional artist is $200 per MUA from her team. Please note that travel fees will apply for each artist (round-trip).
To ensure each client receives the care, artistry, and calm experience I’m known for, I cap bridal bookings at 12 total makeup services per wedding. This includes the bride, bridesmaids, mothers, and attendants.
I’m not a bridal agency. I’m a hands-on artist and creative director. I personally manage bookings, prep skin, craft each look, and capture content. When needed, I work with a small, trusted team of artists I’ve trained over the years to assist with larger weddings.
This cap allows me to maintain the high standard of luxury, efficiency, and presence that my brides deserve.
To keep things, calm, intentional, and beautifully paced, I limit myself to a maximum of 5 makeup services per wedding day. That includes 60–75 minutes for each bridesmaid or attendant, and 2 full hours for the bride—with time built in between for resets and breathwork.
For a full booking of 5 services, your morning will typically run from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, though I’ll always adjust based on your ceremony time and vendor flow.
I never assign more than 4–5 services to myself or any artist I bring in. This isn’t about volume—it’s about presence, precision, and making sure every face I touch gets my full attention.
No rushing. No overbooking. Just luxe, personalized artistry that lets you feel your absolute best.
I don’t require a minimum to book bridal services. Every celebration is different, and I’m here to support your vision, whether it’s an intimate elopement or a full bridal party glam.
That said, I can take up to 5 makeup services per wedding day, including the bride. If you’re planning for a larger group, additional artists may be needed to keep the morning smooth, timely, and stress-free. My assisting artists are personally trained and trusted, but they also book their own weddings, so availability isn’t guaranteed unless secured early.
If you think most of your party will want makeup, I recommend finalizing your numbers and securing any additional artists at least 120 days before your date. This helps us plan with intention and ensures everyone gets the luxe experience they deserve.
Your glam morning should feel calm, beautiful, and effortless. That starts with thoughtful planning.
Bridesmaids, mothers, and attendants are each booked for 60–75 minutes, depending on the flow of your morning. Bridal makeup takes at least 2 hours if we’ve done a trial and up to 3 hours if we haven’t. This timing allows me to fully customize each look, prep the skin with intention, and create a calm, luxurious experience without rushing.
I also build in 5-minute resets between each service to clean, sanitize, and stay grounded. After the first few faces, I’ll take a short 10–15 minute break to hydrate, eat, and reset so I can show up fully for every client.
I don’t offer express or 30-minute applications. My work is detailed, intentional, and designed to last. Every face I touch deserves time, care, and artistry—and that’s exactly what I bring.
Your wedding morning timeline depends on how many artists are working your event. If it’s just me, the schedule will run longer and more intentionally paced. For weddings with 6 or more services, I typically bring in a second artist from my trusted team to keep things smooth, calm, and on time.
If makeup is set to begin at 8:00 AM, we’ll arrive by 7:20 AM to unpack and enter the venue by 7:30 AM for setup. This ensures we’re fully ready to begin on time.
Here’s a sample timeline for 8 total services (1 Bride + 7 Bridesmaids), with 2 artists working in tandem. Each bridesmaid receives a full 75-minute glam session, with 5-minute buffers between clients for cleaning and resetting. If your party is larger or you’re planning a first look, we may start earlier to keep everything flowing with ease.
I always recommend booking a bridal trial. It’s a beautiful way to connect, explore your vision, and refine every detail before the big day. Trials allow us to customize your glam, prep your skin with intention, and make sure your look feels aligned with your energy, style, and ceremony flow.
Trials are offered on weekdays and scheduled based on availability. Because I manage every part of my business hands-on, weekday slots are limited—so I encourage booking early if a trial is important to you.
That said, your wedding date isn’t secured until a signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are received. I book weddings on a first-come, first-served basis to keep things fair. If another bride secures your date before your trial takes place, that date may no longer be available.
Many of my bride's book without a trial because they’ve connected with my work, trust my consistency, and know I’ll bring the same care and artistry to their day. But if you’re drawn to my style and want to experience the glam firsthand, a trial is the perfect way to begin.
Yes. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bridal makeup total and included in your wedding quote. This reflects the time, talent, and care that go into crafting flawless glam not just for you, but for every member of your party.
I take pride in delivering a high-touch, luxury experience from start to finish. This gratuity honors the artistry, professionalism, and presence I bring to your day, and supports the trusted artists I may bring in to assist.
If you need to cancel your bridal makeup booking, I ask for at least 60 days’ notice before your wedding date. Cancellations made before that window release you from the remaining balance. If you cancel within 60 days, the full remaining balance is still due.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable—no exceptions. This means your deposit cannot be returned or applied to a future date if you cancel.
If you’re rescheduling or postponing your wedding, please know that availability on your new date is not guaranteed. I book weddings months—and often years—in advance, and I’m not able to shift my schedule around previously confirmed bookings.
By securing your date, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. It’s how I protect the integrity of my calendar and ensure every bride receives the care, artistry, and presence they deserve.
Once your contract is signed, the number of makeup services booked is considered final and cannot be reduced. For example, if you reserve 10 services and two bridesmaids later opt out, you’re still responsible for the full payment of all 10.
This policy is in place because I often secure additional artists based on your total service count. These artists block off your date months—sometimes years—in advance, turning down other work to be fully present for your day. Reducing services after booking would leave them with limited or no work, despite having committed their time and energy to your wedding.
You’re absolutely welcome to substitute someone else (a guest, relative, or friend) in place of anyone who opts out—but services cannot be removed, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Please confirm your final headcount before signing your contract. This ensures we can plan with intention and deliver the calm, luxe experience you and your party deserve.
When you book a bridal makeup package, you’re securing a full experience crafted with intention and designed to support you across your wedding journey. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and once your contract is signed, the services included cannot be changed, removed, or substituted.
For example:
If your package includes a bridal trial, rehearsal dinner glam, and wedding day makeup, but you later decide to skip the rehearsal dinner, you’re still responsible for the full package price.
Why? Because I block off those dates exclusively for you! Turning down other bookings to give you my full attention, energy, and artistry. This ensures your experience is calm, elevated, and uninterrupted.
Please confirm the services you’d like before signing your contract. Once booked, your package is considered final.
Your glam journey deserves presence, precision, and care; and that begins with thoughtful planning.
Makeup services are reserved exclusively for those included in your final headcount and confirmed in advance. I build a detailed schedule in collaboration with your planner and hairstylist to ensure the morning flows with ease. Last-minute additions disrupt that rhythm and can compromise the calm, luxe experience I’m known for.
Each client receives a custom brush set, sanitized tools, and a tailored touch-up kit. If someone wasn’t accounted for ahead of time, I won’t have the materials or time to safely and professionally accommodate them.
You have up to 60 days before your wedding to finalize your service count. After that, add-ons are not guaranteed especially if a second artist wasn’t secured in advance.
It’s the bride’s responsibility to communicate any changes within this window. By signing your contract, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
Intentional glam starts with intentional planning and I’m here to make sure your morning feels seamless, elevated, and beautifully paced.
o keep your wedding morning flowing with ease, everyone receiving makeup must be ready and in the chair at their scheduled time. If someone is late, a $50 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes they’re not ready.
I provide a detailed schedule well in advance so you can share it with your bridal party. It’s expected that each person arrives fully prepped and aware of their time slot—this helps us stay on track and ensures every glam moment feels calm and intentional.
If late fees occur, the bride is responsible for covering those charges on the day of the event. I won’t leave the venue until all late fees are settled.
Timeliness isn’t just about makeup—it’s about protecting the flow of your entire day. Please make sure your party is informed, prepped, and punctual so your morning can be smooth, elevated, and stress-free.
Every minute matters—and I’m here to make sure each one feels beautiful.
Yes, absolutely—I’m always happy to collaborate with your planner and vendor team to build a smooth, realistic morning timeline that honors everyone’s flow.
That said, timing is non-negotiable. If the agreed-upon makeup schedule is not honored—or if a planner or coordinator disregards the time my team and I need—this will be considered a breach of contract, and I reserve the right to cancel services.
To protect the quality of your experience:
• Bridesmaid/attendant makeup requires 60–75 minutes per person
• Bridal makeup takes 2–3 hours, depending on whether we’ve done a trial
If you’re envisioning a quick or casual getting-ready morning, I may not be the right fit—and that’s okay. My process is rooted in care, artistry, and presence. I block off your morning to give you my full attention, and I need the space and time to do that well.
Great makeup takes time—and I’m committed to making sure you look and feel iconic on your wedding day.
I highly suggest getting ready at your wedding venue if they offer a spacious bridal suite and allow early vendor access. For example, if makeup is scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM, we need to be able to arrive and enter by 7:30 AM to unpack, set up, and settle into the space.
On average, glam begins between 7:00–8:00 AM, especially for larger bridal parties or brides doing a first look. If your venue doesn’t offer early access or has limited space, I highly recommend booking a nearby hotel suite or Airbnb—especially if you have 8+ people getting ready, plus hair and makeup teams.
Comfort, space, and lighting play a huge role in creating a calm, elevated getting-ready experience. Let’s set the tone for your day with intention, ease, and beauty.
I tailor each look to the individual. If someone in your bridal party prefers a more natural or minimal makeup vibe, that’s absolutely okay—we’ll honor their comfort while still creating a polished, camera-ready finish that complements the overall aesthetic.
My artistry is flexible, intentional, and rooted in enhancing each person’s features—not masking them. Every face I touch receives the same level of care, detail, and presence, whether it’s bold glam or barely-there beauty.
Your party doesn’t have to match—just flow. And I’ll make sure everyone feels confident, radiant, and true to themselves.
Bride: 2 beauty sponges with extra foundation/concealer, 1 powder puff with extra powder, blotting sheets, full sized lip and a mint.
Bridal guests: 2 beauty sponges with extra foundation/concealer, 1 powder puff with extra powder, blotting sheets, lip touch-up, and a mint.
To protect the quality of your experience, I have a strict no-guest policy for all in-studio and trial appointments. This space is designed to be intimate, focused, and free of outside influence—so you can connect with your glam, your vision, and yourself.
Here’s why this matters:
• Unbiased Decision-Making: Your trial is about you. I want you to feel free to process, explore, and respond to your look without outside opinions—especially if you’re more reserved or sensitive to others’ energy.
• Intentional Connection: This is our time to build trust, refine your vision, and collaborate deeply. Outside distractions dilute that magic.
• Tight Scheduling: My availability is limited, and trials are often booked back-to-back. Keeping the space quiet and focused helps us stay on track and ensures every bride receives my full attention.
• Respect for Paid Services: I also offer 1:1 makeup lessons. Allowing guests to observe techniques during a trial would be unfair to those investing in education—and it devalues the time and expertise I bring to each appointment.
• Private Studio Space: My studio is located inside my home and intentionally designed for one-on-one artistry. There’s no additional space for guests, and I reserve the right to control who enters my personal space.
Thank you for honoring this policy—it helps ensure every bride receives the calm, luxe, and intentional experience she deserves.
