Thank you for choosing Asia Vee Artistry. Please take a moment to review the policies below. these procedures are in place to ensure your appointment runs smoothly. By booking with me, you agree to the following terms.


No Guests Allowed

For all studio appointment, trials, makeup lessons, or special event applications—no guests are permitted. The only exception is when the client is a minor and a parent or guardian accompanies them.

Contracts and Deposits

All bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. Appointments are confirmed only after both the contract and deposit are received. Deposits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied to future bookings.

Appointment Bookings

I do not accept walk-in appointments. Please schedule services at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be required to pay the full amount for any future appointments at the time of booking; this amount is non-refundable if you cancel. For cancellations or rescheduling, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.


Bridal and Wedding Services

If you have already booked your wedding date but wish to add services, changes can only be made 120 days prior to your wedding day.

Why the window?
Asia Vee is the primary artist behind the brand and manages each client experience personally. For larger groups, additional artists may be brought in from a small, trusted team of professionals personally trained by Asia Vee. These artists also book their own weddings and work full-time, so availability can be limited especially within a few months of your date.

Because of this, additional services cannot be guaranteed once inside the 90-day window. We recommend finalizing your total service count as early as possible to avoid scheduling limitations.

For bridal or wedding services, cancellations must be made at least 6 months before your wedding day. Cancellations within the 6-month timeframe will require the bride to pay the remaining balance for booked services. If you need to reschedule your wedding date, Asia Vee’s availability is not guaranteed since wedding dates are booked well in advance.


Bridal Trials

All bridal trials are held exclusively at Asia Vee’s private studio in Charlotte, NC. Due to back-to-back trial scheduling and the fact that many brides travel from out of state or internationally, trials are conducted in-studio to ensure a consistent, professional environment with all tools and setup available. This dedicated space allows for a relaxed, focused experience tailored to each bride.

Service Terms

All Services Are Non-Refundable

Once a service is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you wish to secure a future date during a trial, please book that appointment before the trial.

Late Fees and No Shows

If you are 15 minutes late or more, a $50 late fee will be charged for every 15-minute increment. Arrival more than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation at my discretion. Failure to notify me of lateness or absence will be marked as a No Call No Show, your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings may be declined.

Arrival Preparation

Please arrive 10 minutes early with a clean, makeup-free face and wear a low-cut or strapless top to avoid makeup stains. Allow extra time for traffic and parking. Asia Vee is not liable for clothing stains.

Allergy and Product Disclosure

Disclose any allergies or specific preferences before booking. There is a dog onsite —please inform me if this is a concern. Failure to disclose allergies prior to the appointment may result in being unable to provide service due to lack of time for ingredient checks or patch tests.

Personal Makeup Products

I do not use personal makeup products unless you inform me before booking. This does not apply to Self-Makeup Lessons.

Photo and Video Policy

Documenting makeup work is essential for building a professional portfolio. All clients must agree to have photos and short videos taken before and after services for promotional use on Asia Vee Artistry’s social media, website, and marketing materials. Images and clips may be used across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website galleries, advertising materials, and professional portfolios.

Every effort will be made to present you tastefully and respectfully. Photos will be sent to clients after the appointment for personal keepsakes. By booking, you grant permission for Asia Vee to capture and use these images for promotional purposes.

If a client refuses photography or videography, Asia Vee reserves the right to decline or cancel the booking without refund, as content creation is integral to the brand.

Filming and Content Creation

Asia Vee may document the wedding day experience with behind-the-scenes footage for social media and portfolio use. Filming will be respectful, professional, and will not interfere with services or timelines. If you prefer not to appear in footage, notify Asia Vee in advance; however, refusal to be photographed or filmed may result in declined bookings.

Use of Professional Products

Only clients who have booked services and completed an intake form will have access to Asia Vee’s professional products and tools. If a member of the bridal party or a guest who has not booked services asks to borrow or use products, Asia Vee will respectfully decline. Intake forms are required to protect client safety by disclosing allergies and sensitivities.

Expectations

• No Eating in the Makeup Chair
Eating in the chair is not allowed. Please finish meals before or after your service.
• No Texting or Phone Calls
Brief, occasional communication is understandable, but consistent texting or phone calls during your appointment are not permitted.
• Respectful Conduct
Disrespect toward Asia Vee, products, or equipment will not be tolerated. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
